- Visit your website's homepage.
- Look at the URL in the address bar (of your browser).
It will be something like:
https://example.com/ - After the last "/", type "wp-admin" and press enter.
You will be shown the login page for your website.
Below the "Username/Password" boxes, there will be a link titled "Lost Password?" - Click the "Lost Password?" link.
- In the "Username / Email Address" box, type your normal email address.
(Unless you know your username, it's quicker to use that.) - Click the button, to request a new password.
You will then shortly receive an email with a Link to click to choose a new password... and above the link, it will tell you your Username for the website.
